Our Customer Service team are set up remotely to support you via email. We’ll still be offering the same extremely quick response time.
Our packing stations are spaced out and our warehouse team are working with a minimum 2 metre distancing policy.
We have additional deep cleaning routines across all areas.
All employees take extra breaks to maintain hand washing and hand sanitisers have been made widely available.
All our staff have been given unrestricted access to gloves and masks.
Our couriers are also practising social distancing, meaning that you can select contactless delivery or safe place for your order, maintaining the social distancing rules for both you and our drivers.
We are doing all we can to ensure that your orders get to you as fast as we can but please bear with us as there might be occasional delays whilst we and our delivery companies adjust to new ways of working.
So you can still return products safely, we have extended the returns period to 45 days.
