Delivery

Q. What courier service do you use?
A. Our Standard postage option is Royal Mail 2nd Class, you may upgrade to 1st Class for a small fee at checkout. Please note that helium canisters may be posted separately via an alternative courier.

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. It depends on what postage option you have chosen at checkout...
1st Class: 2-3 working days*
2nd Class: 3-4 working days*

Next Day Delivery - Next working day (orders placed before 6:30pm)**

*Based on Royal Mail's estimations. Please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive.

Q. How much does postage cost?
A. Standard postage (Royal Mail 2nd Class) costs £3.95; however, due to the weight and size of the items within the order you may notice the postage cost is lower, these savings are automatically worked out and are reflected on the basket page.

Standard delivery is free on orders where the combined item value is £50 or more.

You can upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class for only £1.
Or upgrade to Next Day delivery for £4.

Payment

Q. How do I pay?
A. We accept payments via all major UK debit/credit cards and via PayPal.

Q. Do I need a PayPal account?
A. No. You can checkout using your credit/debit card or via PayPal without an account.

Q. Do your prices include VAT?
A. Yes, all prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.


Cancellations & Returns

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Yes. Orders can be cancelled at any time until dispatched by contacting us stating your order number. After dispatch you can return any unwanted items in their original undamaged condition within 14 days.

Q. How do I return unwanted items?
A. You may return any unwanted items as long as they are unused, not damaged and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage and your original delivery cost will not be refunded.

Please ensure that all items are packaged securely and a copy of your details and order number are placed inside the box. We recommend you return via recorded delivery.

Q. My item was damaged what do I do?
A. If you receive a damaged or faulty item email us straight away info@partydecorationsuk.com

Please include your order reference number, contact details, a description of the problem and a photo of the damage.

We will always correct any mistakes to ensure you remain happy with your purchase.

Q. How long does it take to process my refund?
A. Refunds take up to 5 working days. If you are returning items, the refund process starts once we have received the returned items.
