Q. What courier service do you use?
A. Our Standard postage option is Royal Mail 2nd Class, you may upgrade to 1st Class for a small fee at checkout. Please note that helium canisters may be posted separately via an alternative courier.

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. It depends on what postage option you have chosen at checkout...

1st Class: Estimated 2-5 working days*
2nd Class: Estimated 4+ working days*
*Based on Royal Mail's estimations. Please allow 10 working days for your order to arrive.

DPD - Named day delivery (orders placed before 2PM)
Your order will be delivered on the specified day. Once dispatched you have the added option to delay the delivery for up to 5 working days. On the day of delivery you'll receive a notification giving you a 1 hour time slot.

Working days are Monday to Friday.

Q. How much does postage cost?
A. Standard postage (Royal Mail 2nd Class) costs £3.95; however, due to the weight and size of the items within the order you may notice the postage cost is lower, these savings are automatically worked out and are reflected on the basket page.

You can upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class for only £2.
Or upgrade to DPD named day delivery for £4.

Q. How do I pay?
A. We accept payments via all major UK debit/credit cards and via PayPal.

Q. Do I need a PayPal account?
A. No. You can checkout using your credit/debit card or via PayPal without an account.

Q. Do your prices include VAT?
A. Yes, all prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.

Q. Will I receive an order confirmation email?
A. Yes, we'll send you an email confirming your order details. If your email hasn't arrived in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Cancellations & Returns

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Yes. Orders can be cancelled at any time until dispatched by contacting us stating your order number. After dispatch you can request a return of any unwanted items in their original undamaged condition within 14 days of delivery.

Q. How do I return unwanted items?
A. Within 14 days of delivery you may request a return of any unwanted items, as long as they are unused, not damaged, unopened and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage and your original delivery cost will not be refunded.

Please ensure that all items are packaged securely and a copy of your details and order number are placed inside the box. We recommend you return via recorded delivery.

Q. Can I return any items?
A. No, our helium canisters are non returnable. Additionally, we will not provide a refund for these products if returned without prior approval.

Q. Can I return set or bundles?
A. Sets and bundles must be returned as a complete set, any partial sets will not be refunded.

Q. My item was damaged what do I do?
A. If you receive a damaged or faulty item email us straight away info@partydecorationsuk.com

Please include your order reference number, contact details, a description of the problem and a photo of the damage.

We will always correct any mistakes to ensure you remain happy with your purchase.

Q. How long does it take to process my return/refund?
A. Returns can take up to 14 days to process. If you are returning items, the process starts once we have received the returned items. Once processed, refunds will show on your bank statement within 7 days.
