How To Order

Creating an order couldn't be easier. We've put this together to guide you through the process.

Adding items

Browse products and "add to basket" any item(s) you wish to purchase.

Adding more items

To add more of the same item click the + symbol

Removing items

If you've added too many click the - symbol

View your basket

At the top right of the page the basket amount is shown, this automatically updates as you add more items. At any time you can "View Basket".

Amending items in basket

The basket page allows you to amend items added, you can change the quantity or completely remove the item from your basket.

Delivery Method

Standard delivery is the default shipping option, however if you wish to change this you can.

Saving your basket

If you're not quite ready to make the purchase you can save your basket for later. On the basket page enter your email address and click save - we will email you a link so you can come back at a later stage (on this or another computer) to complete the purchase, clicking the link in the email will take you back to your basket and repopulated your saved items.

Paying for your order

When you're ready to finalise the order - click on "Pay with Card" if you wish to pay with your debit/credit card or clicking "Pay via PayPal" will take you to PayPal.

Order completion

On completion of payment you will receive an order confirmation from us and if your payment method was Paypal a receipt from them. We will then begin to pick and pack your items for delivery.

What if something goes wrong?
