Pricing and Payment
We accept payment via all major UK debit / credit cards and PayPal, items will only be dispatched on receipt of full payment. All price quoted are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change at any time before completion of sale. Prices may change at any time.

Sale Items
At times we may run sales on specific products. These items will be discounted by a set percentage and the price will automatically reflect the discount. Sale offers can change or be removed at any time.

Voucher Codes
When applicable, please ensure you use the relevant voucher code on the basket page.

Voucher codes can not be applied retrospectively.

Voucher codes can be withdrawn at any time, without notice.

Certain products may prevent vouchers from being applied. Including, but not limited to helium canisters.

Stock Availability
We try to maintain accurate stock quantities on the website. After you've placed an order; if we discover an item is out of stock we will either substitute or refund the item. On some occasions we may try to contact you to seek advise.

Colours, Sizes and Weights
Colours may vary from the image shown on our website. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. Colours may also vary due to printing variables.

All sizes and weights are approximate.

Delivery
Royal Mail orders will be dispatched next working day. Royal Mail delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We only deliver Royal Mail to UK addresses. Orders to addresses outside the UK will be cancelled.

DPD orders to addresses in the excluded list will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and delivery times will increase.

Delivery options may not always be available. We reserve the right to remove any delivery option prior to payment being made.

We are not liable for delays caused by external influences.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any address.

Orders will only be considered lost 10 working days after dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and strike action)

Providing Accurate Information
You are responsible for supplying accurate contact information (e.g. email, phone number) and providing the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to invalid, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided to us. A valid address is one that can be found on the Royal Mail Postcode Address File (PAF).

We post all orders to the address that you provide us with, so please check your order confirmation email to ensure that the address is completely correct. If you spot a mistake please contact us to let us know as soon as possible so that we can have this amended before shipping.

In any instance where the address that you have provided is not 100% correct, and your order is shipped, we will need to wait for the parcel to be returned if we are to provide any kind of re delivery / refund.


Cancelling
Orders can be cancelled within 14 days by contacting us via web form stating your intent to cancel and order number, if your order has already been dispatched you will need to return it to us. Refunds will show on your bank statement within 7 days.

Returning Unwanted Items
Within 14 days of delivery you can return any unwanted items. Returned goods must unused, not damaged, unopened and in their original packaging.

Sets and bundles must be returned as a complete set, any partial sets will not be refunded.

Helium canisters are non-returnable. We will not provide a refund for these products if returned without prior approval.

When returning your item please make sure that:
• Items are packaged securely
• You include your original order number
• You send via recorded delivery

You will be liable for the postage cost and your original delivery cost will not be refunded.

Returns take up to 14 days to process, the process starts once we have received the returned items. Once processed, refunds will show on your bank statement within 7 days.

Business purchases will incur a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the credit value. Special orders (quantities above what we normally hold in stock / orders placed via email) are non-returnable.

Damaged Goods
All products are checked prior to dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged item we will offer a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt quoting your order number and describing the damage. We may ask for photographic proof or return of the product before processing an exchange or refund.

When returning your item please make sure that:

Initially you will be liable for the postage cost of damaged items, postage fees will be refunded on conclusion of our investigation when found in your favour.

Missing Items
All orders are checked prior to dispatch. If however you are missing an item please contact us within 2 days of receipt quoting your order number.

Emails
We'll always send emails that are essential for the ordering process, these include order confirmations, invoices, dispatch notifications and customer service emails. We may at times send emails to remind you of information we feel is important and relevant, at any time you can opt out of these via the the My Account area of the website, or by contacting us.
